Joseph Nganga – C.E.O

Mr. Nganga is an experienced entrepreneur having founded and run successful companies in Kenya and in the USA. Mr. Nganga also sits on the Board of Queens University Alumni Association and Carolina for Kibera. Mr. Nganga has extensive exposure to renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies having traveled widely and worked with various associations and companies in the industry. Mr. Nganga started his career in Investment Banking at Bank of America Global Corporation and Investment Banking group in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Nganga received his BA Finance and Marketing from Queens University of Charlotte.

Andrew Amadi – C.O.O

Mr. Amadi has over ten years experience working in the energy sector in Kenya. He has extensive experience working in energy efficiency and energy management. He has carried out numerous investment grade energy audits across industrial and commercial energy users in Kenya providing quantifiable energy savings. Additionally, Mr. Amadi has participated in numerous training programs on CDM and has been involved in the evaluation and quantification of potential CDM projects. He started out his career at the Kenya Petroleum Refineries where he worked to develop a comprehensive environmental management system. He currently serves on the technical committee of the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) Energy Management Awards. Mr. Amadi received his BS Engineering, Chemical and Biotechnology from the Moscow State Academy of Fine Chemical Technology.
