Following COP16 in Cancun where conference parties agreed to the establishment of a "Technology Mechanism" and a "Green Climate Fund", this session will explore how these mechanisms can support developing countries to harness the potential of innovation and technology in relation to Climate Change mitigation and adaptation and in achieving sustainable development.
